Alyson is a visual artist based in Edmonton, AB (Amiskwaciwâskahikan, Treaty 6 Territory)
Davies was born into a rural, artistic family of talented craftspeople. In the studio Davies studies moments of connection with nature intertwined with personal histories and autobiographical storytelling.
Her multidisciplinary studio practice primarily focuses on painting, ceramics.
Her artwork has been shown across Canada and the United States. Davies holds a BFA from the University of Alberta and a MFA from Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
Alyson is the creator of the Earth Child Tarot, a warm and affirmative independently published tarot deck currently collected worldwide.
